  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or festivals, processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high volume.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

❗ Perishable Products & Special Handling

As sweets are perishable, we take extra care in packing and dispatching quickly. Please refrigerate certain items immediately upon receipt as instructed on the product.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order anytime through the Track Order section.

🔁 Missed Deliveries & RTO

  • If the delivery attempt fails after multiple tries or the address is incorrect, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Re-shipping will be initiated only after customer confirmation and may incur an additional charge.
